Romasha Nath is a consultant in Spencer Stuart's Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm’s Consumer Goods & Services Practice as well as its Retail, Apparel & Luxury Goods Practice. With more than 10 years of executive search experience and more than 300 assignments, she specializes in assisting clients to identify and attract senior-level executives for both global and national general management roles as well as human resources, marketing, sales and finance functions.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart in 2004, Romasha was a partner with another leading executive search firm. Her career spans 18 years and before executive search, she worked for Whirlpool Corporation, United Technologies and British American Tobacco. Romasha began her career in the hospitality industry, managing sales and marketing for hotels, travel and tourism.
A resident of Newport Beach, Romasha is actively involved with the local community and is a member of the organizing committee for Orange County’s Pacific Symphony. A citizen of Singapore, Romasha has lived and worked across several geographies, most specifically in Asia Pacific and has a deep understanding of key countries in this region. She holds an M.B.A. from the International Institute for Management Development and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi.
In 2007, Romasha was the recipient of Spencer Stuart's Lou Rieger Award for the quality of her work on behalf of the firm's clients.
