Moula Mokhoboo-Amegashie is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Industrial and Business & Professional Services practices. She has more than 17 years of experience working for global professional services firms. This experience has been gained across multiple sectors and industries including professional services, industrial (aviation, manufacturing, mining and transportation and logistics etc.), telecommunications and media and financial services. She has partnered with organisations in the public and private sectors, attracting leaders at both board and executive levels. Moula is also responsible for developing and executing the Africa growth strategy for Spencer Stuart, working closely with her colleagues across the Firm.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Moula was a partner in the consulting practice at Deloitte. She began her career at Accenture where she spent eight years as a management consultant. Moula's specific skill-set in management consulting includes business strategy formulation, human capital and human performance management.
Moula is a council member of the University of Johannesburg and is a graduate of the University of Cape Town, where she graduated with a degree in social sciences.
