Airton Zanini leads Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Communication & Media Practice in South America, and is a member of the firm’s Financial Services, Financial Officer and Information Officer practices. Before joining Spencer Stuart, he was a director for another international executive search company heading its financial services practice.
Prior to entering the search profession, Airton developed his career in Latin America, United States and Europe. Among other positions, he was the managing director for SAP in Brazil, CFO for Pepsi-Cola Brazil, CIO for Union Carbide’s international operations based in the U.S., and an IT consultant for Lloyds Bank International in London.
Both a Brazilian and Italian citizen, he graduated in engineering from the University of São Paulo, and received an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
