Per Sandström joined Spencer Stuart in 2003 and manages the firm’s Stockholm office. He specializes in recruiting senior-level executives with interests in Europe.
Per started his career in Norway with the Bonnier Group, then moved into the telecommunications industry for 10 years. He was with the Ericsson Group for nine years in various management positions, including director of marketing and sales-EMEA and general manager of finance and administration based in Saudi Arabia and Sri Lanka. Per also worked as chief financial officer for a venture capital-funded startup company.
He received his M.B.A degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and his B.Sc. degree in business and administration from the University of Lund. Per is fluent in English and the Scandinavian languages.
