Jennifer Bol is a senior member of the firm’s Education, Nonprofit & Government Practice. Her search work spans a broad range of senior leadership roles for institutions and organizations, including presidents, provosts, deans and executive vice presidents for most of the Ivy-plus universities and leadership positions for academic research institutes in North America, Asia and the Middle East. She also has extensive experience identifying and recruiting presidents and CEOs for foundations and international non-governmental organizations, as well as senior leaders for major New York cultural and social services organizations.
Diverse nonprofit and industry experience
- Jennifer has been an executive search consultant for 15 years and has led the Education, Nonprofit & Government Practice at Spencer Stuart for nearly a decade.
- She spent the first half of her career in management consulting and financial services, where she held both strategic and financial leadership roles.
Jennifer received her master’s degree from the School of Management at Yale University and her A.B. in government and economics from Smith College.
