Jennifer Bol is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s New York office and leads the firm’s global Education, Nonprofit & Public Policy Practice.
With her background in strategy consulting and financial services, Jennifer has worked extensively with the firm’s forward-looking clients in the education and nonprofit sectors, helping them identify and recruit both traditional and non-traditional leaders. Some of her recently completed searches include the presidents of Atlantic Philanthropies, MIT, The Conference Board, RISD, The Rockefeller Foundation and Barnard College. In addition, she has conducted executive vice president and chief financial officer searches for major universities and nonprofits, as well as decanal searches for professional schools at research universities such as Duke, University of Pennsylvania and Columbia.
Jennifer brings a strong background in management consulting, finance and executive recruitment to her role. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, she was a partner with another leading international executive search firm. Before moving into search, Jennifer spent several years in strategic and financial leadership roles on Wall Street. The early part of her career was spent in management consulting, where she primarily served clients in the financial services sector and led the New York office of an international strategy boutique.
Jennifer received her master’s degree from the School of Management at Yale University and her A.B. in government and economics from Smith College.
