Ann Fastiggi is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Stamford office. She is a member of the firm’s Consumer Goods & Services Practice, specializing in hospitality and leisure. Additionally, Ann is a member of the firm’s Marketing Officer Practice.
With more than 12 years of experience in executive search, Ann has served consumer, technology and media clients in pursuit of general management, marketing, sales, operations and finance talent. Her recent leisure and hospitality work includes senior- level engagements with Global Hyatt Corporation, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Exclusive Resorts, Wyndham Worldwide Corporation and The Greenbrier Resort. Ann also has served car rental companies such as Avis/Budget and Hertz.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ann was associate director of staffing for Time, the magazine publishing division of Time Warner. Previously, she spent five years with another leading global search firm, working in its Atlanta and New York offices. While there, she also managed the research teams, including leading recruiting, training and development for more than 30 search professionals. Ann began her career in the hospitality industry as a sales and marketing executive with a tour operator that specialized in travel to Ireland, Scotland and England.
Ann graduated from Boston University with a degree in psychology and received her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Temple University. Ann resides in Wilton, Connecticut with her family.
