Charles F. Delman
A member of Spencer Stuart's New York office and the firm's Financial Services Practice, Chuck has completed a wide variety of search assignments for banks, asset management firms, clearance organizations, brokerage firms and investment banking organizations. His broad and diverse experience and in-depth understanding of client organizations has resulted in the placement of candidates who have made valuable contributions to those organizations. Previously, Chuck was a managing director of another international search firm's financial services practice, as well as co-head of that firm's platforms and services and consumer and small business sectors. He was with the firm for over sixteen years, serving some of the leading institutions in financial services. Earlier, Chuck was a vice president at another search firm from 1981 to 1986. From 1980 to 1981, he was president of Delman-Lynn Associates. Before entering the executive search industry, Chuck was manager of administrative services at Coopers & Lybrand. He also served as a specialist/lobbyist with the New Jersey Business and Industry Association. From 1970 to 1975, Chuck worked for The Sperry Hutchinson Company as manager of financial reporting and expense systems. He began his career as a budget analyst with Western Union Corporation. Chuck received a B.A. in economics from Rutgers University in 1969, and did graduate work at New York University's Graduate School of Business.
