Kristin is a consultant in Spencer Stuart's New York office. Specializing in search assignments in information technology and operations management with banks, brokerage firms and insurance companies, Kristin has also conducted a number of CEO, CTO and other senior management assignments for service companies, exchanges and processors serving the financial services community. She has been an active member of the search community since 1989, and has been involved with searches for both Fortune 500 and emerging growth firms.
Previously, Kristin was a managing director with another international search firm, where she led the technology officers practice for the U.S. Additionally, she co-led the operations, technology and consumer practice for the firm's worldwide financial services group. Before that, she was a member of a practice specializing in searches supporting hardware and software technology companies.
Earlier, Kristin was a member of the team that led Dean, Howard & Simon to be one of the 'leading 50' advanced technology boutique search firms. Prior to joining Dean, Howard & Simon, Kristin held management positions with the Marriott Corporation and U.S. Travel Systems.
Kristin earned an M.B.A. in international business from the University of Hartford and a B.S. in business administration from Johnson & Wales University. She holds a certificate in hotel management from The Hotel Institute of Management in Montreux, Switzerland.
