Stephanie Davis is a consultant based in the Los Angeles office of Spencer Stuart. Her executive search practice includes senior general management assignments for clients in a breadth of industries, including software, professional services, healthcare and financial services. She has served large Fortune 500 clients, as well as the venture capital and private equity community and their portfolio companies. Stephanie has been quoted on human capital issues in Forbes, The New York Times and the Los Angeles Business Journal, and has been twice awarded Spencer Stuart’s Lou Rieger Quality Award for her quality search work.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Stephanie was a partner with another executive search firm. Prior, Stephanie was vice president of international operations at Jostens Learning Corporation, an educational software company, where she was responsible for the development and growth of the company's international business. Previously, Stephanie was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where she served technology, financial services and healthcare clients. Prior to joining McKinsey, Stephanie was an investment manager at Prudential Investment Corporation, where she held several financial roles in the area of corporate finance, capital markets and buy-side equity management. Early in her career, Stephanie developed manufacturing experience while working as an engineer at General Motors Corporation.
Stephanie is a board member of Los Angeles Team Mentoring and a member of the Business Forum Roundtable, Los Angeles Venture Association, Women’s Leadership Council, McKinsey Alumni Advisory Committee and Association for Corporate Growth.
Stephanie earned her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and graduated from Princeton University, cum laude, with a B.S.E. degree in operations research and industrial engineering.
