Ana Paula is a leading member of Spencer Stuart’s Life Sciences Practice in Brazil and a member of the global practice. She is also active in the Executive Assessment Services Practice in Brazil, conducting projects for local and multinational companies across a variety of industries.
Ana Paula joined Spencer Stuart in 1999 after working for another executive search firm from 2002 to 2003 as a human resources consultant in the executive search and executive assessment divisions, taking part in several searches within the industrial practice, including the pharmaceutical and automotive segments.
Ana Paula rejoined Spencer Stuart São Paulo in 2003, specializing in executive search and assessment. She was promoted to Consultant in 2009, focusing on the Life Sciences, Automotive, and Financial Services practices. From a functional standpoint, she specializes in Executive Assessment Services, and the Human Resources Practice.
She holds an under-graduated degree in international trading from Universidade Paulista, and a specialization course in business administration, finance and banking from Fundaçao Getulio Vargas (FGV) Sao Paulo. She is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
