Thierry Lindenau is a member of the firm's global Industrial Practice, focusing on aviation and logistics. He is also a regional coordinator for Europe, the Middle East and Africa for the global Aviation Specialty Practice and is based in Paris. Prior to that he worked out of the Brussels Office for six years.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Thierry was a senior consultant and, later, partner at Kienbaum Executive Search in Munich. He handled numerous cross-border European assignments in operations, sales and marketing, and general management within the aviation sector. Thierry began his career as a junior consultant with Fenner & Partner, a human resources advisory firm in Frankfurt, Germany.
Thierry-French by nationality-grew up in both France and Germany. He spent two years as a parachutist in the German Army and currently serves as a reserve officer. He earned a B.A.W. degree in communications from Bayerische Akademie der Werbung, Munich, and a B.A. degree from the Graduate School of Business Administration in Zurich. Fluent in French, German and English, Thierry resides with his wife, Cathrin, in Paris and is a private pilot.
