Based in Spencer Stuart’s Johannesburg office, Mpho Seboni is a member of the firm's Diversity; Energy & Natural Resources; Financial Services; and Technology, Communications & Media practices.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Mpho was the managing director of an investment holding company, where he managed a portfolio of technology investments. Before that, he was the CEO of one of South Africa's newest petroleum marketing companies. Mpho also spent several years as a senior management consultant at Gemini's South African office, where he completed assignments for blue-chip clients in the telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and energy sectors of the U.K. and South African markets. Prior to that, he held positions in business development and human resources roles in transport and mining. Born in Botswana, Mpho has also lived in the U.K., Canada, and South Africa, both as a scholar and professional. He received a bachelor of arts degree from McGill University, and a master of science degree from Oxford University.
