Pete Boerner is a consultant in Spencer Stuart's Houston office. He is a member of the Industrial, Financial Services, Legal Search and Education, Nonprofit & Public Policy practices, with an emphasis on investment management and distribution, human resources and financial officers, as well as energy and manufacturing industries. Additionally, he handles mid-management assignments across all industries.
Pete has been with the firm since 1998, when he joined Spencer Stuart as a research associate. He was later promoted to research director and, most recently, to consultant. Pete began his career at Transamerica Fund Distributors in Houston, first as an internal wholesaler, and later as operations coordinator. He is involved with several local charities, including DePelchin Children’s Center and is a member of the Texas Cowboy Alumni Association. Pete earned his B.A. in government and political science from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
