Lisa Mariano is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Industrial and Private Equity practices. She works on local and cross-border assignments at the board and senior management level for a wide range of clients across a variety of industries. Although a generalist, Lisa is particularly interested in the identification of young, high-potential individuals.
Lisa joined Spencer Stuart 14 years ago as a member of the research team. She was then promoted to senior associate and research director in the Johannesburg office, and subsequently to consultant. Prior to joining the firm, Lisa worked in financial services as an executive trainee, following time at a major conglomerate as an assistant to the human resources director.
Lisa is a graduate of the University of Witwatersrand with a bachelor’s degree with honours in industrial sociology, as well as a postgraduate diploma in management (human resources) and a master’s degree in management.
