FROM THE SOUTH SHORE

1. Follow I-93 North into Boston.
2. Take Exit 23 Government Center.
3. Stay left off of the exit following signs for Fanuel Hall/Government Center.
4. At traffic light, turn left onto Surface Road.
5. Continue on Surface Road until you reach Broad Street.
6. Turn right onto Broad Street.
7. Turn right onto Franklin Street.
8. Turn left onto India Street.
9. Main entrance is 49 India Street.

FROM THE MASS PIKE

1. Take the I-93 Exit, Exit 24 A-B-C- on the left toward Concord, N.H./S Station/Quincy.
2. Take Exit 24A toward South Station.
3. Keep left at the fork in the ramp.
4. Turn slight right onto Atlantic Avenue.
5. Turn left onto Broad Street.
6. Turn right onto Franklin Street.
7. Turn left onto India Street.
8. Turn left onto Custom House Street.
9. Main entrance is located at 49 India Street.

FROM LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

1. Start out going Northwest towards Terminal D/Terminal C.
2. Stay straight to go onto ramp.
3. Merge onto William McClellan highway/MA-1A S/East Boston Expressway (toll) .
4. Turn slight left to take ramp toward I-93 North/Government Center.
5. Take the ramp toward Government Center/Faneuil Hall/North End/North Station.
6. Turn slight left to take ramp toward Government Center/Faneuil Hall.
7. Turn left onto Blackstone Street.
8. Stay straight to go onto Surface Road.
9. Turn right onto Broad Street.
10. Turn right onto Franklin Street.
11. Turn left onto India Street.
12. End at 49 India Street.

FROM SOUTH STATION

As you exit South Station, you will be at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Summer Street. Given the Big Dig, it is far easier to cross through this intersection and head to High Street, vs. following along on Atlantic Avenue through the Big Dig Construction sidewalks. If you look diagonally, there is a large, dark building with a bump out, it is the Fiduciary Trust Building; use the wide walkway between that building and Dunkin Donuts to the corner of Federal and High.

• At the corner of Federal Streets and High Street, there is a Peets Coffee.
• Take a right onto High Street.
• Go about 2 blocks to Oliver Street - (About 5 minutes); Take a Left onto Oliver Street.
• Go one block to Franklin Street - Take a right onto Franklin Street.
• Go about 3 blocks to Broad Street - Take a Left onto Broad Street.
• Go one block; Take a right onto Custom House Street. (You will walk directly passed the Wyndham Hotel on Broad. As you take your right onto Custom House Street, there is a construction site, stay on sidewalk to left, passing 20 Custom House entrance and Bean Leaf Café - our building is on your right - 21 Custom House)
• Walk to corner of Custom House and India Street, Take a RIGHT as our visitor entrance is on India Street.
